Refund & Returns Policy

All sold products are non-refundable.
Refund is applicable only where product sold was damaged at shipment or in-transit, product unused and in original packaging.
No return or exchange applicable for opened or used products or damaged caused to product after delivery.
Exchange within 24 hours of delivery in case of quality issue. For initiating exchange, kindly write to us at care@herbslyf.com
Exchange will be accepted if the product is returned in original packaging with original receipt and tags intact.
All returns and exchanges are subject to checking of the returned shipment.
Shipping Charges is non-refundable.
Once Return/Refund accepted, it takes 7-21 business days for the refund to be issued.
